Right of complaint

There is a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing.

The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product / service.

Sending goods back is at your own expense.

If a refund has been agreed and the amount is not to be returned to the payment card used, please send your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.

Condition of the item upon receipt

Product packaging cannot be guaranteed to be in 100% perfect condition.
If you are not satisfied with the condition of a product upon receipt, you must contact us within a reasonable time to have the product exchanged.
This can only happen if we have more or can get more of the same product.
If we don't have it, or we can't get more, you can get the purchase price refunded by sending the product back.
If, on the basis of this, a product must be returned to us, it must be purchased at GLS at your own expense.

Right of withdrawal

There is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased in our Webshop.
On all orders purchased in December, the return right is extended to 14 January of the following year.

The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.

Return costs are your own responsibility.

Cancellations must be reported to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after the cancellation.

You cannot regret your purchase by not picking up the package in the parcel shop, or by refusing to receive the item. You must notify us and send the package back yourself.

Special orders

Items we have ordered specifically for a customer's home at his request are not subject to a right of return.

The condition of the item when you send it back

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item due to damage during return shipping and handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature of the item, its properties and the way it functions.

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.

In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You may test the item, but not actually use it.
